Come and join us as we look forward to the reign of Christ on earth. Notice that Jesus himself says in John 14:3 "...I will come back...." Refer also to Acts 1:10-11 - "And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as He went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel, Who also said, "Men of Galilee, why do you stand gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will so come in like manner as you saw Him go into heaven."
Upon His return Jesus will conquer His enemies. Rev.19:15 says "Now out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should strike the nations. And He Himself will rule them with a rod of iron." The Feast of Tabernacles looks forward to that rule. "And they lived and reigned with Christ for a thousand years. But the rest of the dead did not live again until the thousand years were finished...." (Reve.20:5-6)
